Your tasks

  • Alignment of the HR development according to the strategic guidelines of the Lohmann Group
  • Development of tools and programs for the determination of suitability, performance and potential of personnel
  • Promotion of the Talent & Succession Management
  • Competence-based expansion of Lohmann’s training structures, nationally and internationally
  • Providing advice to managers and employees
  • Conceptualization and design of training programs
  • Professional guidance of PE specialists and project teams

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a university education, preferably in psychology / business psychology
  • You possess several years of relevant professional experience
  • Ideally, you have undertaken additional training (e.g. systemic consultant) and have gained initial management experience
  • You possess secure methodological knowledge in competence models, aptitude assessment, performance and potential assessment, talent management and operational training organization
  • You think analytically, can create suitable concepts and possess project management and implementation skills
  • You do not require hierarchal structures, like to work at eye level and think in terms of solutions for mid-tier companies
  • Very good language skills in German and English and the willingness to undertake occasional business trips to the international Lohmann companies complete your profile
