Your tasks

·         Lead, coach, and manage the European Transportation sales team

·         Develop the annual sales plan for regional growth together with the Head of Sales Europe and the Head of Market Transportation

·         Plan and manage market launch activities and sales forecasts, and communicate progress against targets on a regular basis

·         Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth

·         Coordinate relevant internal functions such as Global Market Transportation, R&D, AE, Quality, and Operations (via the S&OP process) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery to customers

·         Manage profitability for the area of responsibility

·         Manage regional projects

Your profile

·         Bachelor of Science or equivalent – MBA advantageous

·         Proven experience leading a sales team in an international environment

·         At least 10 years professional experience in sales/ key account management in Automotive preferable at OEM level. Experience with adhesives and/or die cutting/converting background is an advantage

·         Strong change management experience

·         A collaborative and people-oriented leader and the ability to fit into a family-run, relationship-oriented corporate culture

·         Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage

·         Confident in using MS Office, as well as experience with an ERP solution, ideally SAP and CRM

·         Willingness to travel 40% or more
