Your tasks
· Lead, coach, and manage the European Transportation sales team
· Develop the annual sales plan for regional growth together with the Head of Sales Europe and the Head of Market Transportation
· Plan and manage market launch activities and sales forecasts, and communicate progress against targets on a regular basis
· Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth
· Coordinate relevant internal functions such as Global Market Transportation, R&D, AE, Quality, and Operations (via the S&OP process) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery to customers
· Manage profitability for the area of responsibility
· Manage regional projects
